By accessing or using Vince's Snow Removal services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Vince's Snow Removal provides commercial and residential snow removal, de-icing, salting, and related winter property management services in Des Plaines, IL and surrounding Northwest Suburbs.
Services are provided on a per-event basis, seasonal contract, or as otherwise agreed upon in writing between Vince's Snow Removal and the customer.
Quote requests submitted through our website do not constitute a binding agreement. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. Services begin only after written acceptance of a quote or execution of a service agreement.
Our storm alert notification system is provided as a courtesy to customers. While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, Vince's Snow Removal is not liable for delays, inaccuracies, or failures in weather alerts or notifications.
Customers are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and may not rely solely on our notifications for critical decisions.
Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
Seasonal contracts require payment according to the schedule specified in the service agreement.
Snow removal services are weather-dependent. While we make every effort to provide timely service, Vince's Snow Removal is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Service priority is determined by contract terms, property type, and severity of weather conditions.
Customers must provide clear access to areas requiring snow removal. Vince's Snow Removal is not responsible for damage to property that is not clearly marked, visible, or disclosed prior to service.
We carry general liability insurance. Claims for property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
Per-event services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled service without penalty. Seasonal contracts require 30 days written notice for cancellation and may be subject to early termination fees as specified in the service agreement.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Vince's Snow Removal and protected by copyright laws.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at vincessnowplow.com/privacy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vince's Snow Removal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vince's Snow Removal from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
